The Bombay Chest Urn is crafted from hardwood and offers a dignified, maintenance-free option for preserving your loved one’s ashes. This elegantly curved memorial chest features a high-gloss Rosewood Hall finish and provides a generous capacity of up to 275 cubic inches.
The interior is fully lined in soft felt and secured with polished brass-finished hinges, a matching lock, and a key accented by a decorative tassel, reflecting fine craftsmanship throughout.
The chest is designed to accommodate the 800-135 bronze urn insert as well as most standard temporary plastic containers, providing both beauty and versatility.
Sizing Guide
Generally, 1 Pound of person/pet equals approx. 1 cubic inch of remains. For example, a 200-pound person would need a 200 cubic inch urn or larger. However, if you have a certain size urn, most funeral homes can make certain adjustments to accommodate that size urn, within reason.
